Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

$22.00–$28.00 per hour | Part-time, afternoon hours | In-home, serving Murphy, Andrews, Marble, Hayesville, and Brasstown, NC

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — or an exam-ready candidate who has completed the 40-hour RBT training and has hands-on ABA experience — to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, under the supervision of a licensed BCBA.

All clients are located in North Carolina (Cherokee and Clay counties). Your RBT certification is national, so techs living just across the line in Blairsville or Hiawassee, GA are welcome to apply — the caseload is an easy commute from the tri-state corner.

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in home settings

Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) written by your supervising BCBA

Run skill acquisition programs for communication, social, and daily living skills

Collect accurate session data and document client progress on time

Respond to challenging behavior using approved, evidence-based procedures

Build positive, professional relationships with families and your clinical team
