Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Durham, NC

$22.00–$28.00 per hour | Part-time, afternoon hours with room to grow | In-home, serving Durham, NC and surrounding areas

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — or an exam-ready candidate who has completed the 40-hour RBT training and has hands-on ABA experience — to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, under the supervision of a licensed BCBA.

This is a direct-care role with afternoon cases available now. You'll be at a child's level running skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs — hands-on clinical work, not observation.

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in home and community settings

Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) written by your supervising BCBA

Run skill acquisition programs for communication, social skills, daily living, and behavior regulation

Collect accurate session data and complete session notes on time

Be a consistent, positive presence in your client's day

Respond to challenging behavior using approved, evidence-based procedures
