Registered Behavior Technician (BT)

$22.00–$28.00 per hour | Part-time, afternoon hours with room to grow | In-home, serving Clinton, NC and surrounding communities

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — or an exam-ready candidate who has completed the 40-hour RBT training and has hands-on ABA experience — to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, under the supervision of a licensed BCBA.

This is a direct-care role in family homes and community settings. You'll be at a child's level running skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs — hands-on clinical work, not observation.

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to pediatric clients in home and community settings

Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) written by your supervising BCBA

Run skill acquisition programs for communication, behavior regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills

Collect accurate behavioral data during every session and complete documentation on time

Respond to challenging behavior using approved, evidence-based procedures

Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and the care team
