Job Description:

  • Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
  • Determine course content according to objectives
  • Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
  • Execute online training sessions in groups or individually
  • Arrange for and conduct on-site training in training base
  • Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
  • Observe and evaluate results of training programs
  • Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as technical trainer
  • EV/Hybrid technical knowledge and experience are required
  • Experience in designing technical courses
  • Outstanding English communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • A degree in a technical field is a plus
  • Priority would be given to personnel who were previously Certified Technical Trainers.
