Our portfolio includes Dental System™, lab scanners, Lab Management Systems integrations, TRIOS® workflows and services such as Design Service and AI-design.

• Brings a background as a dental technician, +7 years hands-on experience in digital dental workflows, including CAD/CAM and 3Shape Dental System in a lab environment.

• Shows genuine passion for education and training, with the ability to make complex concepts simple and exciting. We would love to see concrete examples of this in your application.

• Enjoys collaborating in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment where customer needs and understanding drive everything we do.

• Maintains commitment to customers and colleagues, and provides positive, supportive experience with a high level of engagement and service.

• Demonstrates confidence and professionalism with customers and stakeholders and contributes to a safe learning environment.

• Wants to be the face of 3Shape education in the region and enjoys the visibility that comes with it.

• Has excellent stakeholder management skills ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.

• Looks for innovative, creative solutions to routine and new challenges, shares results openly, and uses all available resources to resolve issues.

• Takes accountability for decisions and works in line with industry regulations and ethical standards.

• Is willing to travel regularly within your own market, and occasionally elsewhere in Region Europe.

• Speaks fluent English, plus if fluency in Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French or German.
