Methodological work – development and adaptation of training materials

UAE Driving license and own car

Readiness to travel within UAE and Qatar

University degree

2.

Advanced training courses in Learning & Development

1.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Training Manager or L&D Specialist)

2.

Experience in perfumery & cosmetics retail, beauty, or fashion industry

3.

Knowledge of the GCC market specifics and cultural context is an advantage

Strong communication skills

Ability to design and adapt training programs

3.

Ability to conduct trainings and presentations at a high standard

4.

Analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness

5.

Knowledge of modern adult learning and development methodologies (e.g., gamification, coaching, mentoring)

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
