The company markets its products under its two global brands – Apollo and Vredestein, and its products are available in over 100 countries through a vast network of branded, exclusive and multi-product outlets.

**Reports to (Position)**: Head - Cluster Head Sales

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced **tyre sales professional** to drive the growth of Apollo and Vredestein across the assigned territories, **UAE, Egypt and Iraq** from our Dubai base (Apollo Tyres Middle East (ATME)).

You will expand the sales footprint, support and manage the sales channels and provide **technical and commercial expertise** to our fellow colleagues.

You will also play a key part in shaping our market intelligence and insights for new product requirements.

We are seeking a candidate with strong language skills—**native Arabic** (essential), along with English—and a willingness to **travel extensively (70–80%).**

What You Will Do

  • Drive Business growth
  • Meeting the budgeted sales targets for Apollo/Vredestein in the assigned country/region
  • To constantly strive to increase market share in various business segments.
  • Establish and maintain good personal rapport with major account holders.
  • Engage and update dealers and distributors on regular basis through periodic formal product communication sessions and frequent informal interactions.
  • Work closely with the regional teams for driving sales & Implementation of various strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Gather & share market intelligence on competitor activity.
  • Positioning of Apollo/Vredestien brand in the assigned market with respect to pricing, product preferences.
  • Interact closely with Tech/R&D dept on new product development
  • Prospection of potential Fleet customers
  • Prospect, Identify potential TBR fleet customers in the assigned market in coordination with the Business Partner.
  • Nurture and develop all the categories in the assigned country/region.

Training

  • Training to internal Teams on Product & business
  • Support distributors through technical and product training and work along with distributors
  • **MIS & Reporting**
  • Administrative, Functional, Technical, End user, Business Partner, Competition
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, sales program and publish report on monthly basis.
  • Reporting of Sales & Stock of Business partners monthly
  • Monitoring and Analysing market information, products and vehicle trend.
  • Monitor market shares in each segment of the range through periodic studies, field visits.

Experience And Background

  • **Native Arabic speaker** and fluent English (essential)
  • **5+ years’ experience in tyre sales** (mandatory)
  • Strong background in **manufacturing tyre / B2B sales**
  • Experience in **UAE, Iraq, or Egypt** is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree

Technical Knowledge

  • Good understanding of:
  • TBR and OHT segments
  • PCR and LTR products
  • Agri, industrial, and OTR equipment
  • Customer usage and segment needs
  • Competitive landscape across the region
