, to drive business growth, expand strategic relationships, and lead our cybersecurity business across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities Includes

  • Business Development & Revenue Growth, Customer Relationship Management, Channel Partner Management, Team Leadership & Collaboration and Sales Execution with following activities:
  • Drive and achieve regional revenue targets and business objectives for Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities within Government, Enterprise, BFSI, Telecom, Energy, Healthcare, and other key sectors.
  • · Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Security, IT Directors, and other C-level executives.
  • · Engage directly with key decision-makers to understand business requirements and position appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
  • · Develop executive-level account strategies and long-term customer engagement plans.
  • · Strengthen relationships with major system integrators, cybersecurity partners, and channel organizations across Saudi Arabia.
  • Plan and execute Channel Partner programs
  • · Build a very adequate sales pipeline to ensure monthly assigned billing target
  • · Recruit, enable, and support channel partners to drive mutual business growth.
  • · Collaborate closely with partner sales teams to identify and close opportunities.
  • · Lead and mentor sales team members to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, marketing, vendor, and channel teams to accelerate sales cycles.
  • · Ensure regular pipeline reviews, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity management.
  • · Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
  • Conduct executive presentations, customer meetings, workshops, and business reviews.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and drive successful deal closures.
  • Ensure continuous follow-up with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle, order execution and further payment collection.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 12+ years of cybersecurity sales experience within Saudi Arabia
  • .
  • Proven experience selling cybersecurity solutions through enterprise and channel sales models.
  • Strong network and established relationships with:
  • CISOs and C-level executives
  • Government organizations
  • Large enterprises
  • Major system integration companies in Saudi Arabia
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent business development, account management, and opportunity management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently at executive and boardroom levels.
  • Fluent in both
  • Arabic and English
  • (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Experience working with cybersecurity vendors, distributors or system integrators
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including cloud security, network security, application security, identity security, threat intelligence, data protection, and security operations.
