You shall develop, support and nurture our existing customer base located in different countries across North Africa.
Likewise you enjoy finding and meeting new potential customers and find motivation in closing of the agreements.

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – North Africa is responsible for managing and growing the distributor business for all GN Hearing brands within the North African region.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, MEA the RSM is accountable for both revenue and profitability, ensuring strategic business expansion and effective market execution.
The team you will be part of:
This position requires engaging with distributors, the GPS team (Global Partner Sales), and various internal stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of business operations, cultivate customer ties, and encourage continuous growth.
You will work closely with audiology-, marketing-, and product-training teams to deliver high‑impact training programmes for our partners.
We have an office in Dubai, but presence in the North African region is possible, by working from home.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Sales & Business Management
- Collaborate with distributors to promote and identify business opportunities and increase market share.
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term business plans for assigned markets and key accounts.
- Manage product launches, training, and promotional activities aimed at reaching sales goals.
- Optimize pricing strategies to improve profitability and competitiveness.
- Maintain trusted relationships with distributors through effective account management and coordination with our Customer Care team.
- Oversee and support product registration/homologation processes to ensure market access and competitiveness.
- Represent GN Hearing at local seminars, conferences and industry events.
Market Development & Opportunity Identification
- Identify new business opportunities and potential distributors in the region.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, translating insights into concrete actions.
- Work closely with partners to analyse and respond to tender opportunities.
- Develop sales and marketing tools tailored to the North African market.
- Manage strategic channel and brand management initiatives.
Financial & Performance Management
- Ensure consistent and profitable sales growth of the regional revenue budget.
- Monitor customer payment behaviour and implement actions to mitigate financial risk.
- Plan and execute product launches efficiently to ensure effective market entry.
- Provide regular performance reports to internal stakeholders on sales, market trends, pipeline and forecasts.
Internal Collaboration
- Ensure effective communication with the GPS team on regional activities, local training, issues, and outcomes.
- Support the planning and execution of international customer events and seminars.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects to improve processes and enhance customer engagement.
- To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
- Have minimum Bachelor´s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 5-10 years’ experience in B2B or B2B2C sales and distribution management within medical devices, hearing aids, or healthcare.
- Fluent in English and Arabic or French.
- Skilled strategic planning and execution capabilities.
- Experienced in enhancing distributor relationships and increasing sales.
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and budget management.
- Knowledge of regulatory and registration processes in North Africa.
- Proficient in negotiation, clear communication, and effective problem resolution.
- Have a collaborative mindset and works well with others
- Willingness to travel around 30–40% of the time, both within the region and internationally.
