Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design and implement regional sales promotion strategies.
• Promote products to relevant industries in the territory.
• Scan industrial areas for leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Choose appropriate media for brand promotion.
• Provide customer service to increase customer lifetime value.
• Manage and resolve customer concerns and problems.
• Handle channel partners.

Desired qualifications

• Freshers and experienced candidates passionate about brand promotion and marketing are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good geographic understanding of Akola, Buldhana, Washim, Jalgaon, and Yavatmal is preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture or MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Understanding of pesticide, fertilizer, insecticide, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.

Location and work arrangement
