Regional Sales Manager
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in UAE with the flexibility for partial remote work.
The Regional Sales Manager will be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies to increase market presence and achieve revenue targets.
The role involves identifying and building relationships with new and existing customers, negotiating contracts, managing sales pipelines, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in B2B sales, market development, and building strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.
-Familiarity with power generation, engines, or industrial equipment is a strong advantage.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a results-driven approach.
-Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
