Regional Sales Manager
Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market share within an assigned geographic territory.
This role leads business development efforts for security surveillance solutions, including mobile surveillance systems, remote video monitoring, CCTV, access control, and integrated security technologies.
This position owns the commercial performance of the region, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and P&L performance.The Regional Sales Manager serves as a trusted advisor to customers across construction and critical infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with experience selling technology, security, surveillance, or SaaS solutions in a consultative sales environment.
The RSM will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and account growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual headline (revenue and maximum profit) goals and KPIs on an individual as well as a team basis for the territory.
- Attend customer sales meetings booked directly or by the internal sales support team.
- Fully explore each customer’s needs and product requirements and present details on the most relevant WCCTV products and services that will support their needs.
- Prepare detailed quotes and RFPs for customers. Negotiate all sales orders on the best possible commercial terms.
- Own and manage the regional P&L, with accountability for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and overall profitability.
- Sales Team Manager/Leader Responsibility
- Hold regular team meetings and monthly 1-2-1s with direct reports. Support, mentor and offer guidance to the internal Sales team assigned to the territory.
- Take remedial action as required if an individual’s performance does not meet the required standards for their position.
- Monitor performance to ensure that each Sales team member is achieving their KPIs; identify opportunities for improvement for each team member.
- This position may also perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.
- Sales Planning
- In conjunction with internal senior Sales management, plan and deliver the monthly sales activity and revenue targets for the region.
- Work with the internal sales team to deliver an effective sales strategy for the territory.
- Marketing
- Conduct regular marketing strategy meetings with the Sales Manager - Managed Services and VP of Sales to discuss quarterly marketing goals for the territory.
- Holds regular marketing meetings with the internal Marketing team to ensure that all quarterly marketing goals are identified, implemented and achieved.
- Supports the internal Marketing team with planning the annual tradeshow schedule; attend trade shows as needed.
- Sales Administration
- Review pipeline and sales forecasts of direct reports.
- Analyze and create sales packs for monthly/quarterly sales meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
- 3+ years managing a sales team
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and complex customer engagements.
- Previous experience with regional P&L, budget, revenue, and margin responsibility strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
