Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to develop and expand our Home Appliances and Personal Care business across the UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and other GCC markets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in distributor management, channel sales, and business development within the consumer electronics, home appliances, or personal care industry.

The candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel across the GCC and MENA regions.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners across GCC and MENA markets.

· Expand market coverage and increase sales revenue within assigned territories.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and trade partners.

· Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.

· Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve growth targets.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product availability.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

· Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans.

· Participate in trade exhibitions, product launches, and industry events.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum

3-5 years of direct sales experience

in Home Appliances, Personal Care, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG durable goods.

· Proven experience handling UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and other GCC countries.

· Strong network of distributors, wholesalers, and trading partners across the region.

· Experience in market expansion and distributor appointment.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Ability to travel frequently within GCC and MENA markets.

· Valid driving license preferred.

· Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Background

· Experience selling small domestic appliances, floor care products, air treatment products, kitchen appliances, beauty devices, or personal care products.

· Experience launching new brands or expanding business into new markets.

· Existing distributor contacts across GCC and Egypt.

· Strong understanding of regional trade channels and distribution networks.
