Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will spearhead revenue growth and establish strategic partnerships in the region.

Responsibilities

include developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, identifying opportunities to grow the business, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve regional goals.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business success
  • Experience with Customer Service and fostering long-lasting client relationships
  • Proficiency in Team Management, with a focus on leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Skills in Business Development, including identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities in the regional market
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Knowledge of the technology market or relevant industries is a plus
