The Partnership

Newsorte Media is expanding its Institutional Standard into the UAE. We are not looking for a traditional salesperson; we are seeking a Strategic Sales Partner with an established network and the executive presence to navigate the high-stakes markets of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

This is a Partner Profit Share arrangement designed for professionals who move with authority in the Real Estate and High-End Medical Aesthetic sectors.

You will act as our regional lead, managing the full sales cycle—from sourcing and diagnostic vetting to closing six-figure contracts. You will be trained in our proprietary "System Architect" framework, ensuring our regional growth aligns with our global reputation for high-end growth and brand stewardship.

The "System Architect" Advantage

Unlike traditional agencies, Newsorte Media operates through a proprietary System Architect Framework. You won't be selling "marketing services"; you will be introducing founders and CEOs to a sophisticated, data-driven ecosystem built on behavioral economics and cinematic brand stewardship.

The Role

• Full-Cycle Strategy: You will manage the entire lifecycle of a partnership, from initial diagnostic vetting to closing high-ticket engagements.

• Creative Supervision (£500 Day Rate):

You will act as the on-site brand authority during production shoots and board-level meetings.

Your role is supervisory, not technical—you are there to ensure the client’s experience is seamless and that every frame of content aligns with the Creative Director’s brief and our "Quiet Luxury" aesthetic.

• Client Stewardship: You will lead the relationship post-close, ensuring long-term strategic alignment and contract retention.

Core Requirements

• UAE Market Presence: An active, high-level network within UAE’s luxury Real Estate or Medical Aesthetic hubs.

• B2B Authority: The ability to lead a diagnostic discovery session with a CEO as a peer, not a vendor.

• Architectural Thinking: A desire to master a unique, proprietary sales system and move away from generic "sales scripts."

Compensation (Performance-Based Retainer)

This partnership is structured to reward high-level growth and long-term client retention.

• Acquisition Profit Share: 10% – 15% on the gross value of every close.

• Management Profit Share: 5% monthly recurring for the lifetime of the client contract.

• Creative Supervision Rate: £500 per day for scheduled on-site representation (shoots, conferences, or in-person strategy days).

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in business development and meeting targets
  • Market research, networking, and client relationship management proficiency
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinking with experience creating and executing sales strategies
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with creative industries or marketing solutions is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales technology a bonus
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
  • Relevant educational background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
