Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in project controls, project accounting, finance, project management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and influencing senior operational and business leaders across a broad portfolio.
  • Advanced understanding of cost-based Earned Value Management, Financial Percent Complete, gross margin, forecasting, DSO, risk, and portfolio governance.
  • Experience leading organizational change, building teams, and establishing consistent operating practices across multiple groups.
  • Ability to synthesize complex portfolio information into clear priorities, decisions, and executive-level recommendations.
  • Preferred Experience
  • Leadership experience in a regional engineering consulting or professional-services environment.
  • Experience developing enterprise or regional project-controls frameworks and capability programs.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and cross-functional initiatives.
