Regional Manager NSW

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial performance, operational excellence and people leadership across your region.

You will:

Drive sales, P&L and profitability across your portfolio.

Lead, coach and develop high-performing boutique teams.

Develop and execute regional business plans to deliver growth.

Champion exceptional customer experience and retail standards.

Analyse performance and turn insights into action.

Partner with People & Culture, Training, Marketing and Support Office to deliver key initiatives.

Support boutique openings, refurbishments and other strategic projects.

Build a culture of accountability, development and recognition.

You are an experienced multi-site retail leader who combines strong commercial acumen with a genuine passion for people.

You'll bring:

3+ years' multi-site retail management experience.

Proven experience managing sales, budgets and P&L performance.

A strong track record of building and developing successful teams.

Experience across recruitment, performance management, succession planning and WHS.

Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.

A coaching-led leadership style and confidence giving and receiving constructive feedback.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
