NeoTAQ builds AI-driven energy intelligence systems for solar, hybrid, and industrial infrastructure.
We are hiring a
Regional Manager – GCC (Channel & Partnerships)
to help build and scale our partner network across the region.
This is a
high-growth execution role
in a fast-scaling deep-tech company.
What you will do
- Support and grow NeoTAQ’s
- channel and partner ecosystem in GCC
- Work with
- EPCs, system integrators, and distributors
- to drive sales
- Help convert partner opportunities into
- real projects and deployments
- Build relationships across:
- Solar & energy developers
- Industrial clients
- Infrastructure and utility stakeholders
- Support senior leadership in expanding the regional pipeline
- Take ownership of assigned markets and partners
- What we are looking for
- **4–5 years of experience**
- in B2B sales, energy, automation, or industrial tech
- Exposure to
- channel sales / EPC / distributor networks is a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate within the GCC preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Hunger to grow into a
- regional leadership role
- What success looks like
- Active partner relationships generating consistent opportunities
- Successful conversion of partner leads into projects
- Strong pipeline contribution from assigned markets
- Clear growth into expanded regional ownership over time
