About the role

Are you passionate about delivering impactful learning experiences? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can help others grow and succeed?

We have an exciting 12 month secondment opportunity for someone to join us as a Regional Learning Consultant. Supporting the evaluation of the impact and logistics of agency learning programs, you’ll ensure they meet our business requirements, and drive initiatives that equip agents with the necessary skills for successful agency management and the achievement of growth aspirations. In addition, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including National Agency Development Managers, Regional Managers, and the broader Agency leadership team.

This role is homebased, and it is expected that the successful candidate will travel regularly to Agencies and Regional Service Centres.
