*About TrinaTracker MEA*
TrinaTracker supplies Vanguard 2P & Agile 1P single-axis trackers for utility-scale projects across MENA.
Dubai hub covers UAE, KSA, Oman, Egypt, Jordan.
Key projects: DEWA V, NEOM, Al Dhafra.
*Role Overview*
Own and grow strategic accounts for TrinaTracker across GCC + wider MEA.
You’ll manage IPPs, EPCs, and giga-project developers procuring trackers for 100MW+ utility plants.
*Key Responsibilities*
*1. Account Management & Revenue - MEA*
- -Achieve tracker bookings across UAE, KSA, Oman, Egypt ;
- -Organize and facilitate the progress, implementation, and delivery of tracker business opportunities within the region;
- Lead bids. Manage LOI → contract → NTP
- Negotiate Incoterms DDP/DAP, LC terms, SARB/MOF approvals, 10-year warranty + performance bonds

- Technical-Commercial Sales*
- Sell TrinaTracker value: Vanguard 2P for sandy/high-wind sites, SuperTrack Smart Backtracking, 0° stow
*3. Relationship & Market Development - GCC*
- Develop and manage key account relationships to secure and advance orders in region.
- Influence specs at pre-RFP stage. Host client visits to TrinaTracker factory in China/Spain
- Monitor competitor moves: pricing, localization ICV in KSA, supply chain from Jebel Ali
- *Requirements*
- 1. *Experience*: 7-10 years B2B solar sales, with *4+ years in trackers* in MENA region
- 2. *Network*: Familiar with tracker products and various market channels;
- 3. *Technical*: Deep knowledge of 1P/2P trackers, wind design ASCE 7-16, IEC 62817, SCADA
- 4. *Education*: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical.
- MBA preferred
- 5. *Language*: English mandatory.
- Arabic advantage.
- Mandarin a plus
- 6. *Location*: Dubai-based with *60% travel* to KSA, Egypt, Oman, Jordan
- 7. *Visa*: UAE residency or ability to relocate to Dubai immediately
