Qualifications
- Passion for IT and a proactive approach to learning new technologies
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Excellent customer service ethos
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel regularly across North East England and Yorkshire
- Ability to work on-site at offices and construction sites as required
- Experience working in construction, engineering, utilities, or a similar operational environment
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow or similar)
- Experience supporting site IT setups, including comms rooms and site cabins
- Exposure to IT project work such as office moves, new site setups, or technology rollouts
- IT-related qualification (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent)
- ITIL Foundation
- Networking or infrastructure knowledge
- Experience providing remote support alongside face-to-face support
- Confidence contributing ideas to improve IT services and user experience
