Regional Indirect Procurement Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Sourcing and Contract Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing and tendering strategies aligned with project schedules and design maturity.
• Run end-to-end RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, manage bidder communications, chair bid walks, and clarify commercial terms.
• Perform bid analysis and leveling across scope, assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, and schedule impacts.
• Lead negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, retention, damages, insurance, warranties, bonds, and risk clauses.
• Support cost estimates, cost models, should-cost reviews, and value engineering discussions.
• Evaluate change orders, support claims avoidance, review progress payments, and resolve commercial issues.
• Partner with Construction, Facilities, Engineering, Design, EHS, Finance, and Legal.
• Track procurement milestones, savings, award schedules, cost versus estimate, and change order trends.
• Assess supplier and contractor risk and maintain qualified bidder lists and regional market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of procurement experience supporting capital equipment, precision engineered fixtures, chemicals, and related services.
• Experience with competitive bidding, costing, estimating, sourcing, and contract negotiation for capital projects.
• Semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, laboratory, or critical facilities experience is strongly preferred.

Skills and Tools

• Strong knowledge of bid leveling, scope analysis, pricing structures, and commercial risk.
• Hands-on contract negotiation and drafting support for construction and commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical skills for reconciling estimates, bids, and awarded values.
• Proficiency with Excel-based bid leveling, cost models, and document control.
• Familiarity with e-sourcing, procurement suites, and construction contract administration tools is a plus.

Work Location Model

• The company states that work location models vary by role and may combine on-site collaboration with remote work.
• On-site Flex roles involve at least three days per week on site, while Virtual Flex roles involve one to two days per week on site.
