Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize delivery operations, including route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead a team of delivery personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
- Analyze and improve delivery processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery experiences
- Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate delivery disruptions and ensure business continuity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or delivery management, preferably in a regional or senior role
- Proven track record of improving delivery operations and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics operations management systems (LMS)
