Role overview
Dubai-based role leading Mobile Broadband and FWA business growth across the Middle East, with Africa as a secondary focus.
The role develops operator relationships and drives opportunities through to commercial deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional sales strategy for 4G/5G CPE, Mobile Wi-Fi, FWA, and related Mobile Broadband products.
- Build relationships with major operators in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and Africa.
- Manage sales from opportunity identification and design-in through certification, negotiation, and deployment.
- Develop group-level operator opportunities and achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, supply chain, and marketing teams on customer launches.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of telecom or technology sales experience, including at least 3 years of direct MNO account experience.
- Strong understanding of 4G/5G, FWA, CPE, and Mobile Broadband; MBB/CPE/FWA sales experience is preferred.
- Hands-on telecom operator project experience covering RFQ/RFP, product introduction, testing/certification, negotiation, and mass deployment.
- Proven new business development and strategic account management record.
- Operator relationships in Saudi Arabia/GCC are strongly preferred; Africa experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; willingness to travel extensively across MEA.
- Fluent English required; Arabic and/or French is a plus.
Location and travel
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires extensive travel across MEA.
