Regional Automation Director

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise automation vision, operating model, and multi-year strategy; govern architecture, cybersecurity, data integrity, and lifecycle standards across functions; sponsor transformative programs and cross-department integrations; allocate capital and resources using portfolio optimization and structured prioritization; establish global benchmarks, audit readiness, and continuous improvement ecosystems; shape external alliances, technology scouting, and innovation pipelines; embed safety, compliance, and quality by design at scale; develop senior leadership capability, succession strategies, and talent communities to sustain long-term organizational excellence. Skills/ Ability Generic (High Level) Master strategic leadership of complex automation ecosystems; govern portfolios, standards, and risk management frameworks; communicate vision and influence at executive and external levels; apply financial stewardship and scenario planning for capital allocation; leverage advanced analytics, digital twins, and modeling to guide decisions; drive culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement; enable transformation and standardization across global operations.
