Role Overview
The Refurbishment Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution and operational readiness of refurbishment programs across assigned products and regions.
This role acts as the central program owner coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure refurb products can be launched, produced, transacted, and sold compliantly and efficiently.

- This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 78,200 and $ 101,200.

Requirements
- Experience in project or program management within supply chain, operations, manufacturing, reverse logistics, refurbishment, repair, or a related environment.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills and demonstrated ability to drive actions across teams without direct authority.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, products, and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating operational launches, production readiness, or product lifecycle activities.
- Ability to analyze inventory, demand, production, and operational data to support business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global and highly cross-functional environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and project management tools (Asana).
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
