Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Supporting engineers whilst learning diagnostic and repair skills
• Completing pre-planned maintenance tasks
• Adopting safe working practices in your job role
• Developing good customer relationships
• Working with a local team of engineers reporting into the Regional Manager
• In this role, you will engage in a variety of activities, focused on growth, innovation, and driving dynamic value. Here are some key responsibilities:
• Support our service division whilst learning both refrigeration and air conditioning service skills.
• Actively embrace IT and AI growth within the industry
• Complete on-site reports and update customer portals
• Collaborate with various in-house teams including installation to gain a rounded knowledge of the industry.
• Attending day release college to gain a City & Guilds or equivalent apprenticeship qualification
• Your Journey (qualifications & skills)
• The ideal candidate will have an initiative-taking approach, adaptability, and a passion for engineering service and repair. Analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset with effective communication abilities. Additionally, you should bring:
• UK full clean driving license held for a minimum of 1 year
• Proficiency in English and Math’s at level 4
• Willingness to travel to work on various customer sites.
