The Maintenance Planner/Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work across the refinery, tank farm, and the facility overall so that mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work is executed safely, efficiently, and with the right parts, permits, and labor in place before work begins. This role converts work requests into complete, field-verified job packages, builds and manages the weekly maintenance schedule with Operations, owns materials and parts procurement for planned work, and serves as a key support member of the

- CMMS, Records & Reporting: Administer the CMMS database, ensure accurate work order closeouts with failure codes, maintain PSM and mechanical integrity documentation, and produce maintenance KPIs.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all planned work aligns with PSM, MOC, LOTO, and EHS requirements, participate in JSAs/JHAs, and support incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Acting Coverage: Backfill the Facilities Maintenance Manager during absences, participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours escalations, direct daily maintenance work while acting, and assist with hiring/investigations without direct personnel authority.
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including OSHA and EPA.
