Role Overview
The Referral Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and staff.
This position will place/receive phone calls and effectively communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, referral sources, patients and other departments.
Must be able to multi-task and pay attention to detail for accuracy.

Position Summary

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of electronic medical records
- Experience working in healthcare
- Experience working as a secretary or in a customer service field
- Experience with medical terminology
- Comfortable working with computers
- Experience with healthcare insurance
