Role Description
The Real Estate Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring real estate professionals to support Azora Property’s growth.
This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to identify talent needs.
The specialist will proactively build talent pipelines, attend industry events, and leverage online platforms to engage experienced agents, brokers, and support staff.
Day-to-day tasks include maintaining candidate records, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
The role also collaborates closely with leadership to refine recruitment strategies that align with market conditions and the company’s business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the Real Estate sector, including market dynamics, roles, and career paths relevant to Dubai and the wider UAE.
- Experience in Sales and talent acquisition, with the ability to identify and attract high-performing real estate professionals.
- Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate Development concepts to assess candidate experience and role fit.
- Excellent Customer Service orientation, with a focus on delivering a professional, respectful, and engaging candidate experience.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR within real estate or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple requisitions, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
