Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong recruitment and HR administration skills to manage the hiring process and support daily HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and experience handling recruitment for various positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate shortlisted candidates
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding and employee induction
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Maintain recruitment and HR databases
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HR and recruitment experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Experience in HR administration and recruitment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
