What We're Looking For
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in real estate or professional services
- Strong interviewing skills using structured and behavioral techniques
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and professional networking tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet hiring timelines
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience is a plus
- Knowledge of UAE labor market practices.
