About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Sales Consultant to develop and manage client relationships in the European market while sourcing candidates from Asian countries.
The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment sales, strong communication skills, and knowledge of international hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies in Europe.
- Promote manpower supply services for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable candidates from Asia.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ensure timely delivery of candidates as per client expectations.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client communications.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in recruitment sales or manpower supply.
- Knowledge of sourcing candidates .
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with international recruitment procedures and documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Multilingual skills (English required; other languages are an advantage).
- Strong understanding of logistics, construction, or industrial workforce hiring.
