Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle and identify staffing needs.
• Prepare and update job descriptions and post vacancies on suitable channels.
• Source candidates, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate later interview stages with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and support a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding and prepare recruitment reports and management updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring decisions with organizational goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Job description development, recruiting, hiring, and interviewing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, online job platforms, and basic office software.
• Relevant recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment and maintain confidentiality in HR matters.
