Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can lead end-to-end recruitment and executive search mandates, manage client relationships, support business development, and prepare high-quality proposals.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in a recruitment or executive search agency and can handle multiple client engagements with professionalism and excellence.
Talent Acquisition & Executive Search
- Manage full recruitment cycles for mid, senior, and executive roles across various industries.
- Conduct market mapping, headhunting, and targeted outreach to identify top-tier talent.
- Assess candidates through structured interviews, competency-based evaluations, and psychometric insights.
- Prepare shortlists, detailed candidate reports, and recommendations for clients.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
Client & Project Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring expectations and deliverables are met.
- Understand client business models, workforce structures, and hiring needs to build accurate search strategies.
- Lead client meetings, progress discussions, and presentation of shortlists.
- Manage challenges and maintain long-term client trust.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in recruitment and executive search.
- Participate in sales meetings, pitches, and partnership discussions.
- Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Support Ejadah’s overall growth strategy through proactive business development.
Internal Leadership
- Coach and guide junior recruiters to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Improve and enhance internal recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with assessment and HR advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia and fluent in Arabic (native-level).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search.
- Agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage senior-level and executive mandates.
- Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to write professional proposals, commercial offers, and client documentation.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi talent market and hiring landscape.
