Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver timely hiring aligned with business requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the recruitment team, driving productivity and performance.
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business and workforce requirements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and timely delivery of hiring requirements.
- Build talent pipelines through effective sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.
- Manage recruitment agencies and external recruitment partners.
- Monitor recruitment performance, report market insights to the CHRO, and identify process improvements.
- Support positive candidate experience and compliance with recruitment policies and applicable UAE regulations.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Recruitment experience in construction, engineering, contracting, infrastructure, or related industries is preferred.
- Proven experience leading a recruitment team and partnering with senior leadership.
- UAE/GCC recruitment market experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, ATS/HRIS, and recruitment analytics.
