Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit blue-collar workforce through various recruitment channels.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for manpower supply and labor requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and document verification.
• Build and maintain a strong database of skilled and unskilled workers.
• Coordinate with clients and operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements on time.
• Manage candidate onboarding and mobilization.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures.

Job Requirements

• **3–4 years of experience** in blue-collar recruitment, manpower supply, or labor supply.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Experience recruiting construction, MEP, industrial, or facility management workers is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and visa processes.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of UAE recruitment practices is an advantage.
