Role overview

Recruitment coordination and sourcing

• Coordinate recruitment from vacancy opening through candidate selection and follow company recruitment procedures, including the internal-candidate process.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Review CVs and applications against job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, communication, language proficiency, availability, and salary expectations.
• Maintain an active candidate database and talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.

Interview coordination and administration

• Schedule interviews between candidates, HR representatives, and hiring managers; communicate details, confirmations, and changes.
• Keep candidates informed about application status and provide timely communication throughout recruitment.
• Update recruitment trackers, vacancy status reports, and candidate databases.
• Maintain complete, accurate, confidential recruitment documentation in line with company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good organization and time management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Good candidate screening and CV assessment skills.
