Recruitment Coordinator (Interns)
Grab LLC – Doha, Qatar
Grab LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator (Interns) to support our Talent Acquisition team in managing internship hiring programs and enhancing the candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR, recruitment processes, and early-career talent development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for intern candidates
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding activities for selected interns
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand internship requirements
- Help organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and university outreach programs
- Prepare recruitment reports and status updates for the HR team
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in recruitment, HR operations, or talent management
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
