Grab LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Recruitment Coordinator (Interns)** to support our Talent Acquisition team in managing internship hiring programs and enhancing the candidate experience.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR, recruitment processes, and early-career talent development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for intern candidates
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding activities for selected interns
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand internship requirements
- Help organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and university outreach programs
- Prepare recruitment reports and status updates for the HR team
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in recruitment, HR operations, or talent management
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
