Recruitment Coordination
Coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy opening through candidate selection.
Coordinate recruitment activities in line with company recruitment procedures.
Ensure internal candidates are managed in accordance with the internal recruitment process.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Review CVs and applications against job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, communication skills, language proficiency, availability, and salary expectations.
Maintain an active candidate database and talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates, HR representatives, and hiring managers.
Communicate interview details, confirmations, and any changes to relevant stakeholders.
Keep candidates informed of their application status and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Administration and Reporting
Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, vacancy status reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, confidential, and compliant with company procedures.
Requirements
- Saudi National Candidates only
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
- Good candidate screening and CV assessment skills.
