Role overview

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish in a 360 sales role.
• Generate new business and build client relationships.
• Make outbound sales calls and book meetings.
• Build long-term client partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Interview and screen candidates.
• Manage recruitment through to placement.
• Build a personal brand within the specialist market.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.

Compensation

• Realistic Year 1 earnings are stated as £35,000 to £40,000.
