Are you passionate about talent acquisition and experienced in recruiting top-performing real estate professionals?
We're looking for a **Recruitment Consultant** to join our growing team in **Dubai** and play a key role in attracting and hiring high-caliber Real Estate Brokers.
What We'Re Looking For
**3*+** years of experience* in recruitment and headhunting.
Proven track record of recruiting **Real Estate Brokers**.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
What You'Ll Do
- Source and headhunt experienced Real Estate Brokers.
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
