The Role
We're looking for a Recruitment Consultatn to own talent acquisition across both the brokerage and our developments arm.
You'll run the full hiring cycle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closing plus handle the HR administration that keeps a growing team running properly: onboarding, off-boarding, and the day-to-day people processes in between.
This isn't a coordination role.
You'll have real ownership of the pipeline and be commission-eligible on every successful placement.

What You'Ll Do
- Source and screen candidates for leasing and sales agent roles across KYG Brokerage
- Support recruitment for KYG Developments as project needs arise
- Manage onboarding end-to-end, contracts, visa processing, RERA registration, CRM setup, and inductions
- Handle offboarding cleanly, exit documentation, access removal, final settlements, and no-poaching clause confirmation
- Maintain day-to-day HR administration: leave tracking, probation monitoring, contract amendments, employee records
- Build and manage a proactive candidate pipeline, network contacts, referrals, LinkedIn outreach
- Track all recruitment activity in Bitrix24

What We'Re Looking For
- ✔ Minimum 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- ✔ Strong existing network in the Dubai professional market
- ✔ Solid understanding of UAE onboarding and offboarding processes
- ✔ Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, contracts, probation, termination
- ✔ Detail-oriented and self-directed, you move things forward without being chased
- ✔ Based in Dubai
- Advantageous (not required):
- Prior experience recruiting in real estate or professional services
- Experience with CRM Systems (not essential)
- Fluent English, any other languages are a plus

Compensation
Base: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month (dependent on experience and network)
Commission: Paid per successful hire
Health Insurance: Employer-provided
Visa: UAE residence visa provided
