What You'Ll Be Doing

• **Market Development:**
• Build and grow a portfolio of enterprise, government and private sector clients across key Middle East markets, identifying opportunities for long-term partnership and revenue growth.
• **Technology Recruitment Expertise:**
• Develop specialist knowledge across technology disciplines including Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering, ERP and Digital Transformation.
• **Industry Insight:**
• Keep abreast of technology hiring trends, digital transformation initiatives and emerging market demands to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
• **Business Development:**
• Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, referral generation, social selling and relationship-led sales activity.
• **Consultative Partnership:**
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, supporting clients with hiring strategies, workforce planning, talent mapping and market intelligence.
• **Client Relationship Management:**
• Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers including technology leaders, transformation teams and procurement stakeholders.
• **Senior Technology Hiring:**
• Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions for critical and leadership-level appointments across technology and digital functions.
• **Project & Team Hiring:**
• Support clients with strategic hiring initiatives, including large-scale team builds, transformation programmes and business-critical projects.
• **Talent Attraction & Networking:**
• Build and maintain a strong network of technology professionals, leveraging headhunting, market mapping and targeted sourcing strategies.
• **Candidate Management:**
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience through effective communication, market guidance, interview preparation and onboarding support.

What We'Re Looking For

• **Recruitment Experience:**
• Minimum 4 years' agency recruitment experience, ideally within technology, IT or digital recruitment.
• **Technology Recruitment Background:**
• Proven track record recruiting technical, digital or technology-focused positions.
• **Business Development Capability:**
• Demonstrated success generating new business and developing lasting client relationships.
• **Strong Communication Skills:**
• Professional, confident and credible when engaging with both clients and candidates.
• **360 Recruitment Experience:**
• Comfortable managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from winning business through to successful placement.
• **Organisation & Time Management:**
• Able to effectively prioritise workloads and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• **Commercial Mindset:**
• Results-driven, target-oriented and motivated by achieving both individual and team success.
