Overview
Onlyne Group is looking for a Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for growing and managing the European market.
In this role, you will focus on both client acquisition and recruitment delivery.
From bringing in new business to filling vacancies and managing client relationships.
You will become part of a small and ambitious team of 3, working closely together to further grow the recruitment side of the business.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring new clients within the European market
- Managing client relationships and intake calls
- Handling vacancies from A to Z
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Screening and guiding candidates throughout the process
- Closing placements and building long-term partnerships
- Helping improve internal processes and structure
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
- Experience with both business development and recruitment delivery
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Fluent in English
- Available during European working hours
