About This Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated **Assistant Manager – Recruitment** to support our HR team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring both white-collar and blue-collar talent for general contracting projects in Abu Dhabi.

This role requires a strategic recruiter who can manage full-cycle recruitment for office-based professionals as well as skilled laborers and technical staff, ensuring that our projects are staffed with the right talent on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment strategies for both **white-collar and blue-collar positions** across multiple projects.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and supervisors to understand manpower needs and timelines.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for technical, managerial, and administrative positions.
  • Conduct initial screening, reference checks, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with UAE labor laws, company policies, and safety standards for labor recruitment.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and vendor management for labor supply.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for all new hires.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in construction or general contracting.
  • Proven experience recruiting both **white-collar and blue-collar roles** is essential.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and recruitment practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
