Overview

  • Astra Promed Fzc supports the hospital and health care sector through recruitment documentation, licensing, translation, and attestation services.
  • The team plays an important role in helping candidate processes move forward accurately and efficiently, with close attention to communication, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • In this role, you will help keep candidate workflows organized and responsive, supporting the progression of recruitment-related licensing and documentation activities.
  • This is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable in follow-through, and comfortable working across administrative tasks that require accuracy and clear communication.
  • Responsibilities* Email candidates and assist them with licensing registration processing.
  • Manage candidate email communication throughout the application process.
  • Track multiple application stages and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Coordinate candidate documents and application paperwork.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, or a similar administrative support role.
  • Experience managing candidate email communication and coordinating documents or application paperwork.
  • Experience tracking multiple application stages or maintaining accurate candidate records.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and Google Docs.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates.
