Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant with recruitment experience to join our growing team.
๐ Employment Type: Full-time
- ๐น Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and manage documentation
- Handle correspondence and ensure smooth office operations
- ๐น Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience in recruitment or HR support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- ๐น Additional Information:
- Candidates currently based in Qatar are welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to Jeddah
