Recruiting Operations Manager – Global Programs

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on recruiter with strong experience in early career hiring, specifically students and interns, through global student organizations such as AIESEC.

This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers while owning the end-to-end recruitment and international mobility journey for early talent, ensuring a continuous pipeline of students and interns throughout the year through proactive stakeholder management and close collaboration across a global network.

This role is ideal for an experienced early-career recruiter who excels in stakeholder management and enjoys collaborating across cultures in a dynamic, global virtual environment.

Own end‑to‑end hiring for internship roles in our DHL internship program through our collaboration with the student organization AIESEC

Partner closely with Hiring Managers & HRBPs to define requirements, hiring strategy, timelines, and assessments

Posting roles on the dedicated AIESEC portal, screen, interview, manage selections, and deliver offers for early‑career candidates

Act as a trusted recruiting advisor, not an order‑taker

Screen and assess candidates for skills match to JD, learning agility, potential, and culture fit

Track and report hiring metrics (applications, conversion rates, offer acceptance, diversity)

Deliver a strong candidate experience for students and first-time job seeker

Coordinate visa, work authorization, and mobility processes for interns and graduates, including verification of eligibility criteria.

Partner with HR, and the AIESEC organization

Guide candidates through documentation, timelines, and compliance steps

Identify risks and continuously improve early‑career mobility processes

High visibility and close partnership with HR and business leaders
