Qualifications

• Strong organization, time management, and coordination for multiple activities and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers, and administrative staff.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools, including spreadsheets, presentation software, email, and conferencing platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices and basic HR processes; prior recruitment or HR operations experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Cultural awareness and professionalism in an academic institution and across diverse teams.
